Our Dining and Kitchen Facilities

Dining facilities at the Dixon Center include a 100-person, full-service kitchen/cafeteria with salad bar.  All meals are prepared to order on-site, and plates are overfilled in a serving line. Regular serving times are 7 a.m. for breakfast, noon for lunch, and 6 p.m. for dinner.

Meals come complete with the main course, sides, and various beverages. Lunch and dinner usually include a salad bar and dessert. Menus cover a broad spectrum of options and are coordinated through the main office for each group.  Special menus are available to fit the appetites of vegetarians and those with food allergies (please address these needs during group planning).
